We are a household of foodies that happen to also be vegan and gluten free. This means that we are not content eating organic sprouts, blocks of tofu or whatever visual your mind typically goes to when someone mentions the word vegan. We love food…..sensual, decadent, tummy loving food. I found this recipe in Simply Gluten Free magazine, which I absolutely love. It is like Bon Appetit in a gluten free dress!
