COVID 19 Practices Update

Updated July 21, 2021

Our guidelines remain very similar to the update below, posted in May.

Distance between outdoor yogis not in your party has lessened, following the CDC protocols, can now be 3 feet apart.

We are starting to step back into the beautiful studio space, that has been closed since March of 2020.  Adding our third setting back into the equation of Madeira Beach Yoga is very exciting for us.  As you can imagine, this will progress slowly as we evolve together in an indoor practice, along with our continued fresh air, outdoor practice on the Beach and Patio.

What can you expect of indoor practice?

~Limited class sizes, register early, capacity will be respected.

~We continue to recommend you bring your own props for your own sense of safety.

~Shared studio props will have sanitizing sprays for students to use before and after borrowing props.  They will not be cleaned between classes, use these props at your own risk.   If you are borrowing a bolster, we suggest bringing a pillow slip or a blanket or sheet to put over the bolster during your practice.

~Fully vaccinated students are welcome to join us inside without a mask. In an effort to keep each other safe we ask that unvaccinated students continue to wear masks while indoors.

~Together we will move, grow and breathe our way to strength and joy.

Beloved yoga family,

We love you deeply and feel a profound sense of responsibility for your wellness and safety and that of our instructors.

Based on the new guidelines of limiting gatherings of 10 or more people, we feel we must cancel all future beach yoga classes until further notice.  As you know, our MBY patio and studio classes were already cancelled as of Friday, March 13th.

We want to do our part to keep our entire community healthy and safe.

We are now converting previous class passes, please contact us.

We love you so very much and look forward to gathering again soon as our fun, inviting, healing and effervescent yoga community.

Social distance may separate our physical bodies for now, but our hearts will remain as one. You are the most loving, kind and giving community in the world and we love you. Together, we will come through this experience with compassion and grace.

Take good care of yourselves and each other. If there is anything we can do to support you and your loved ones through this time, please let us know. We are here, we are right here and you are not alone.
