In this Pop-Up class, we’re taking Friday Fusion to the Beach!
Beach Sunset Yoga is a fun and informal way to experience the healing benefits of yoga. In this inclusive, flow style class we will breathe, stretch and explore how exciting our postures can be when done on the sand.
Enjoying Savasana as the sun is setting is Pure bliss!!
Beach Yoga classes are held at Archibald Park 15100 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach 33708. Park on the north side of the Archibald Park Snack Shack (pay to park at the meters using cash or credit), walk out onto the beach, turn right and head North.
You will find us waiting for you with a Yoga sign in the perfect spot.
Bring a beach towel or two (or blanket) for your practice and water to stay hydrated.
