Morning class start times have shifted to the seasonal 9am start time. Let’s have more fun and switch it up for the first day of the new time! This Pop-Up Patio Slow Flow yoga class is a fun one-hour class on our waterfront patio.
Different instructor, different location to start your Monday morning and the beginning of your new week. This terra-firma version of our Beach flow class is a great place for those who are a little sand-averse and still enjoy being outdoors for their yoga class.
The Patio is located on the Madeira Beach Recreation Center complex, 200 Rex Place, Madeira Beach, overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Enter the front door of the building, take the second door on the right to step outside onto the Patio.
All of our classes are beginner available and instructors offer cues “up” for those who wish to go deeper in their practice.
As always, pre-registration is required online. If you are new to Madeira Beach Yoga and need assistance registering yourself or a friend, please give us a call, we’re happy to help.
$17 per person or included with MBY multi-class passes.
Please bring a yoga mat with you, there are several on-hand to borrow if you need one. We recommend you bring a towel or blanket for added support under knees in some postures.
Cool temps: right now the weather is superbly low in humidity and temps have cooled off a bit, please dress comfortably for you.
