Rest and Indulge Restorative Yoga is a special self-care focused yoga class with spa-inspired comforts to enjoy and treats to take home. This class takes place in our waterfront Studio space, the perfect setting for a cozy evening with a view.
Experience an extra soothing evening for you to rest and indulge because you deserve it. The one hour class includes gentle restorative postures supported with props to deepen the stretching. It takes place in a soothing candlelight setting, receive a personal dram of essential oil, indulge in an extended savasana with moisturizing under eye pads and chocolate truffle treats to take home.
All are welcome, no experience necessary, this class is available for all levels. Bring a yoga mat with you and we suggest a pillowcase or hand towel to place on the bolster for your comfort. Shared yoga props will be used during class.
$19 single class pass. Space is limited, pre-registration is required.
