Beach Yoga and Mimosas

Beach Yoga and Mimosas is a delightful twist at the end of class. Cheers to you and a little added joy to class this morning as you sip a mimosa to drink in the joy of taking time for you. Join us for this all levels, one hour beach yoga class on the white soft sand of the Gulf shoreline.
All are welcome to participate, no experience necessary. Bring a beach towel for your practice and water to stay hydrated. Wear comfy, weather appropriate clothing for you. We often suggest light layers.
Use the north parking lot (to the right of the Snack Shack) and use the northernmost walkway to enter the beach. Give yourself time to park walk onto the beach, greet your instructor and get settled for class. Your instructor will be near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.
After your practice enjoy a mimosa and a light morning snack. N/A mimosa option and GF snack option will be available. (Must be 21 or older for mimosa with alcohol)
$19 single class pass, pre-registration is required for all students.

We understand plans may change, we ask that you cancel your reservation at least two hours before class, refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
