Yoga in Fresh Market is a Free Community yoga class that takes place in The Fresh Market 7774 113th St. N., Seminole. Join us for a fun, all levels 45 minute yoga class then indulge in some delightful complimentary breakfast bites and beverages.
Ready for some Sunday joy? This all levels yoga class is a great option to get a little you time. The store will be quiet on a Sunday morning, as we take part in a mindful yoga class while situated right in the midst of this gourmet Market filled with fresh food finds. After class is the perfect time to do some shopping for the family, or purchase special treats for you.
Pro Tips:
Bring a yoga mat and water to stay hydrated. Arrive a few minutes early to park and enter the store in time to get situated before class begins. We will either be in the floral department or in the bakery department, space will be cleared to accomodate class.
As space is very limited for this event, if your plans change and you are not able to attend, please let us know promptly so we can open the opportunity for someone to join.
