Beach Sunset Yoga is a fun and informal way to experience the healing benefits of yoga. In this inclusive, flow style class we will breathe, stretch and explore how exciting our postures can be when done on the sand. We will enjoy Savasana as the sun is setting.

Regular Beach Sunset Yoga classes will begin on Tuesday November 20th at 4:30-5:30pm.
Beach classes are held at Archibald Park 15100 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach 33708. Park at the Archibald Park Snack Shack (pay to park at the meters using cash or credit), walk out onto the beach, turn right and head North. You will find us waiting for you in the perfect spot.
$15 drop in fee or included with any multi-class pass.
Bring a water to stay hydrated and a beach towel or two for your practice.
