Candlelight Restorative Yoga Flow is back on the weekly schedule in the studio.
Let’s stretch, move and flow gently in ways that make us feel relaxed and recharged accompanied by candlelight ambience.
This class will be practiced on the floor seated and lying down with plenty of props in restorative postures. Using meditation, movement, and breath, we will create a full-body experience that will leave us feeling connected, positive, and relaxed.
Studio tips:
The studio space is located inside the Madeira Beach Recreation Center, overlooking Boca Ciega Bay with floor to ceiling windows. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will be using shared props. You are encouraged to bring a clean pillowcase for your bolster and a blanket.
As with all of our classes, pre-registration is required online for every student. $17 per person or included with multi-class pass
