Welcome the summer solstice with us indoors! This Combo Flow in the Studio is a fun pop-up class. Enjoy a flow-based yoga practice with sprinkles of advanced options for those who enjoy them.
Whether it is your first time trying yoga or you have been practicing for years, you will leave feeling successful, strong, and rejuvenated. Options for every level will be offered to create the most unique and enjoyable flow.
Please bring a friend, or two or three. We would love to meet them.
