This class is held in the waterfront Studio, 200 Rex Place, inside the Madeira Beach Recreation Center, overlooking Boca Ciega Bay.
Join us for 75 minutes of pure bliss in the
studio for Restorative Yoga accompanied by sound bowls to gently ease the body into a deep state of rest and relaxation. Your restorative yoga practice will help passively balance your chakras, your body’s energy centers. While using many props in our postures, the instructor skillfully plays the crystal bowls to resonate sounds that help deepen your practice.
Hurry, this class is limited in size and frequently goes on waitlist, we suggest you register early so you don’t miss out. Available for all levels and practiced entirely on the floor, this class if wonderful for someone yoga curious, no experience is needed. Just be ready to relax after your week and the holiday activities.
Our shared studio props will be available to borrow. Please bring a small towel to place over the bolsters. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring one.
