Save the date for the August Crystal Bowls & Restorative Yoga. Class is 75 minutes of pure bliss in our waterfront yoga studio. Join us for Restorative Yoga accompanied by the resonating sound bowls to gently ease the body into a deep state of rest and relaxation.
Your restorative practice will help passively balance your chakras, your body’s energy centers. When your chakras are aligned, the natural flow of energy in your body will be restored and you will feel more balanced and rejuvenated. The instructor skillfully uses crystal bowls that resonate a “bath” of sounds to help deepen your practice.
No experience is necessary, just come ready to enjoy the healing vibrational sound bath of the crystal bowls with this gentle yoga practice.
Our shared studio props will be available to borrow. Please bring a small towel or pillowslip to place over your bolster. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring one.
Space is limited for this studio class.
Pre-registration is required for all students. $17 per person or included with MBY multi-class passes.
