Join us for this all levels, Free Friday Flow in the Studio, overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. This Free Community yoga class is open to everyone. Let us show you how fun and enjoyable yoga can be.
If you have joined us for a free class before and already know how fun it is, please bring a friend so they can experience it too. We love to meet new friends.
The Studio is located inside the Madeira Beach Recreation Center campus.
Please bring a mat and a bottle of water. Don’t have a mat? We will have a few on hand to borrow.
The event is Free, but space is limited, so advance registration is needed. Waitlist here.
