Free Yoga and Ice Cream Social

Celebrating 6 years!

Join us for free yoga and an ice cream social on the covered Patio.  We are excited to gather and celebrate 6 years of friendship, and growth together.  This will be a fun, free class, team-taught by all of your fave instructors. After yoga we will hang out, relax, and enjoy decadent ice-cream bars. Non-dairy options will be available.

It is hard to believe that we are marking our 6 years here with you.  What an honor to have this brilliant and beautiful yoga community, with friends at home, across the Bay, up north, out west and abroad. All of you have helped inspire us to continue sharing yoga through all the twists and swan dives that life has presented us.  Thank you, each one of you.

Please bring a yoga mat for your practice and water to stay hydrated.
