This is a Free community yoga class on our Yoga Patio overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. This all levels class will help relax and flow our way into the weekend. Please bring a mat and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. There will be a few mats on hand for those who need to borrow one.
Class is Free, but Registration in advance is needed as space is limited. We can’t wait to see you.
