Free Yoga Sip and Shop

Hurray, a yoga party is on the schedule, so we can gather and celebrate the season together.  What could be better than pairing Free Yoga, Sip and Shop festivities?

Enjoy a shortened yoga sesh, fun and available for all levels, no experience needed.  This is a great event to bring your yoga curious friends or family members.  It is free to attend, just be sure each person is pre-registered, as space is limited and we also want to have enough hot cocoa and treats for everyone.

After yoga you are invited to craft your very own specialty cocoa from the hot cocoa bar while enjoying holiday themed treats.  Gluten free sweets and non-dairy cocoa options will be available.

Then, partake in last minute holiday shopping in our mini-artisan market.  Items include: Madeira Beach Yoga active tanks, Boho to-go jewelry, Decoupage shell trinket dishes, nature prints and paintings by our very own in-house artiste Natalie and more.  Affordable items for stocking stuffers, for gifting or for you, santa’s favorite helper.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you.  Some mats will be available to borrow, first come, first served.

Attendance is FREE, Pre-Registration is required, space is limited.

Reminder, waterfront patio and studio classes are being held in our temporary yoga home at the City Centre (City Hall) 300 Municipal Drive, Madeira Beach.
