Select Fridays each month in the studio, we will fuse our breathe with our moves through a variety of fun classes including wall, flow and restorative. Friday Fusion is one hour of enjoyable evening yoga.
These classes are a “fusion” of formats and instructors, offering a different and delightful experience each time. Infuse your weekend with yoga joy and join us for this all levels class available to everyone.
