Select Fridays each month in the studio, we will fuse our breathe with our moves through a variety of fun classes including wall, flow and restorative. Friday Fusion is one hour of enjoyable evening yoga.
These classes are a “fusion” of formats and instructors, offering a different and delightful experience each time. Infuse your weekend with yoga joy and join us for this all-levels class available to everyone. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced in your practice, all are welcome to Friday Fusion.

Bring a mat and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. A few mats are on hand to borrow if you need one.
