Friday Fusion is playful and fun. On Select Fridays each month in the studio, we will fuse our breathe with our moves through a variety of fun classes including wall, flow and restorative. The class formats will change and sometimes, the instructors will too!
Infuse your weekend with yoga joy and join us for this all levels class available to everyone. Friday yoga is a great way to start your weekend.
Bring a mat and water to stay hydrated. If you don’t have a mat, we have a few on hand to borrow.
