What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice for all levels. It’s wonderful for lengthening and strengthening, softly. You will experience fewer postures all done entirely from the comfort of your yoga mat, seated or lying down, with plenty of props. This class format is perfect for those re-entering a yoga practice, new to yoga, someone needing to give extra care to healing or tender areas or someone looking to lengthen their muscles.
What else?
Please arrive with a yoga mat and the willingness to slow it down, sister. If you need to borrow a mat we’ve got you covered.
Register $19 per student. Space is limited for this special Girls Night Out evening, save your space early!
All students must be pre-registered for class and we understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to class.
