Calling all ghosts and goblins!
Join us for Halloween Beach Yoga. It is a one-hour all-levels yoga class on the soft sand. It is a special treat to enjoy yoga on the beach and this class will even keep on giving. All attendees will receive a yummy Halloween treat goodie bag. No tricks here, just treats.
If your creative juices are flowing and you want to wear a costume, you are most welcome to do so. Be sure it is loose fitting, so you can move easily and have a clear view of the instructor and the Gulf for any bonus dolphin sightings.
Bring a beach towel for your practice and water to stay hydrated. Keep an eye on the weather, so you are dressed weather appropriately. In the cooler temps, we suggest light layers, so you can remove them as you move through your practice.
All of our beach classes are held at Archibald Park, 15100 Gulf Blvd in Madeira Beach. Park on the north side of the Snack Shack and walk onto the Beach using the northernmost walkway. Our instructor will be near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.
