Come join us for some not-so-spooky fun. Halloween Beach Yoga is a one hour, all levels slow flow yoga class on the sand. The view from the shoreline is spectacular and yoga is suitable for all yogis, ghosts and goblins.
All registered attendees will receive a Halloween treat!
Our instructors offer beginner available classes with cues “up” for those who wish to go deeper in their own practice. No experience necessary.
As always, beach yoga classes are held at Archibald Park 15100 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach. Park on the north side of the Snack Shack and walk onto the beach using the northernmost walkway. Your instructor will be near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.
Bring a beach towel or blanket for your practice and water to stay hydrated. Wear weather-appropriate comfy clothes.
Pre-registration is required for all students. If you are new to Madeira Beach Yoga and need assistance registering you or a friend, please give us a call, we are happy to help.
