Get your yoga flow on in the fresh ocean air. Join us for a fun, all-levels beach yoga class on the soft sand- the ultimate way to stretch, relax, and soak in the good vibes.

Bring a smile, and your spooky spirit! Costumes optional… but not necessary.

Pro Tips
Parking: Use the lot on the north side of the Snack Shack and follow the northernmost walkway (next to the picnic shelter) onto the beach. Look for our instructor near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.
Arrive 15 minutes early to find parking, take in the view, and settle in.
Bring a beach towel or blanket and water for your practice.
