MBY Challenge Beach Walk
A morning of movement, mindfulness and salty beach joy. Join us at our beach yoga home at Archibald Park 15100 Gulf Blvd. Please park on the north side of the Snack Shack and walk onto the beach using the northernmost walkway. You will see us under the tent.
Registration 7:30am
Walk begins at 8:00am
We will all begin and finish the event together for an inclusive and empowering experience designed for all abilities to enjoy.
Please bring a beach towel for your yoga practice and meditation.
~Water and light snacks will be provided.
