The March Full Moon Beach Yoga class is here. Join us to celebrate March’s Worm Moon. In addition to the full moon this month, the phase coincides with a lunar eclipse creating a blood moon. This is also called a full blood worm moon. Though rather unattractive sounding it will have some spectacular effects, appearing to be much larger on the horizon. Along with beach yoga, we will share in an eco-friendly releasing ceremony. Together, we will make room for growth through our breath and movement.
This special one hour gentle evening class is a yogi favorite. Take part in the joy of watching the sun set over the Gulf’s horizon and honor the full moon rising. Make it an extra special evening and bring a loved one or friend with you. This class is available for all levels, no experience necessary.

Beach yoga classes are currently being held in our temporary beach home at the 130th avenue west public access in Madeira Beach along Gulf Blvd. It is one block north of John’s Pass. Bring a beach towel for your practice and water to stay hydrated. It’s helpful to wear clothing that is weather appropriate for you. We find that light layers help to easily remove during class.
