Begin your New Year with your favorite intention feeling strong, connected and balanced.
Join us for beach yoga at a special time (10am start time) for an all levels, one hour flow style class. We will breathe, stretch and explore how fun our postures can be when done on the sand.
Beach yoga classes are held at Archibald Park 15100 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach 33708. Park on the north side of the Snack Shack (pay to park at the meters using credit or phone app), walk out onto the beach, and you will find us there or slightly to the North, waiting for you in the perfect spot.
Our instructor will be near the water’s edge with a Yoga sign.
Bring a beach towel or two for your yoga practice and water to stay hydrated.
$15 drop in fee or included with any multi-class pass.
