Patio Flow Yoga is a special treat on a Saturday.
Join us for a fun, all levels class on the Patio overlooking the beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. This class is usually scheduled on the Beach on Saturday mornings and is going to be on the Patio this Saturday for a Pop-Up event.
The Patio is a special location to enjoy yoga, it is outdoors, covered and has a spectacular water view. It is located on the Madeira Beach Recreation Center campus. We will breathe and move our way to relaxation, connection and balance.
Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
$15 drop-in fee or included with any multi-class pass.
