A Pop Up Sunset Beach Yoga class is a wonderful way to honor the sun setting on the horizon from the shoreline of the Gulf. Gather for this one hour, all levels beach yoga class, a more gentle flow version of our morning classes to unwind, relax and breathe it all in.
On this evening the sun sets at 8:05pm over Madeira Beach just as you are finishing savasana, the final resting pose to close your practice. Enjoy the soft hues of the sunset , the sound of the waves and a subtle shift in the energy as the day comes to a close.
Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. All of our classes are cued for beginners with modifications “up” for this who wish to do deeper in their own practice. Class is made fun and enjoyable for experienced yogis and those new to yoga. The extra joy of practicing yoga “in the sand” gives class a different vibe than a terra firma practice in studio space.

New to Madeira Beach Yoga? Welcome, we are looking forward to meeting you. Follow the same link above to pre-register for class. Choose Sign Up and select Create New Account profile, it will take you about 90 seconds to complete the prompts, Accept Terms and Sign your waiver. You will be served options to pay securely with a credit card online. Each person attending needs their own account profile and prepay online.
~Wear comfy, weather appropriate clothing for you, sometimes a light layer is nice after the sun sets
~Bring a beach towel for your practice and water to stay hydrated
~Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start to give yourself ample time to park, walk onto the beach and settle in for your class
~Be sure to include a mobile phone number in your Mind Body account, we text all registered students if there is a change in class location due to inclement weather
