Pop-Up Sunset Beach Yoga class is a one hour, all levels slow flow class on the shoreline of the Gulf. Class start time is a bit later in the eve as we follow the sun with the season. Settle in on the beach and enjoy your practice as the sun begins to work as magic saying good bye to the day. Breathe in the gentle shift in energy and temperature as the sun’s glow settles while it drops on the horizon for another beautiful evening on the beach.
If you are inspired to spread some fun, this is a wonderful class to bring a friend or family member. Unwind from the day and inhale some peace together. No experience is needed and the setting has a natural calming affect for anyone to enjoy.

New to Madeira Beach Yoga? We can’t wait to meet you. Follow the same Save My Space link above to register. When prompted to Login, choose Create New Account Profile. It will take you about 90 seconds to create your profile online and sign your waiver. Then, you will be served options to pay for class securely online with a credit card.
Pro Tips:
~Bring a beach towel for your practice and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
~Wear comfy, weather appropriate clothing- this can be different for each person. We suggest light layers as the evening on the beach can feel cooler with a gentle breeze. Some students enjoy yoga socks too!
~Be sure you have a mobile phone number in your Mind Body account, if class is moved/cancelled for inclement weather, we contact all registered students by text.
Allow yourself plenty of time to pay to park and get situated on the sand. Park on the north side of the Snack Shack and use the northernmost walkway to enter the beach. Walk onto the beach and your instructor will be near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.
And we understand that plans may change. If necessary, please cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to class, refunds will not be provided for no call no shows.
