Fall is in the air and we are excited to share this Pumpkin Spice Yoga and Lattes class on the Patio. It’s a Patio Flow + Pumpkin Spice Magic.
Unroll your mat and flow with us on our waterfront yoga patio. This all-levels Patio Flow class will leave you feeling grounded, happy and ready to sip on one of the season’s favorite treats.
After class, cozy up with Pumpkin Spice Lattes and pumpkin inspired goodies. Dairy free lattes and gluten free treats will be available fo everyone can indulge.

Bring a yoga mat and water to stay hydrated. There are some yoga mats on hand to borrow if you need one, first come, first served. Dress in comfy fitting, weather appropriate clothing for you.
If you wish to bring a friend, this is a perfect class to do so. They will simply need to also be pre-registered, following the Save My Space link below. If they are new to Madeira Beach Yoga, we invite them to Create a New Account Profile at login, it will take them about 90 seconds.
