This is a very special evening of Relax & Restore event. Join us for Yoga with a great friend of our Studio’s, Susan Meyers. Susan will be accompanied by an inspired classical guitarist, adding magical sounds to the gentle postures of Restorative yoga.
Space is limited to 22 participants. Only a few remain and we will offer a waitlist as well. It’s an event you don’t want to miss. No experience necessary, this is an all-levels class.
Bring a yoga mat and water to stay hydrated. A few mats are available for those who may need to borrow one.
