Welcome Early Birds! Wake up to bliss with this rise & shine beach yoga class. With the warm summer months, it seemed like the perfect time to give an early rise class a try! Class will start promptly at 7am.
This is an all-levels, one hour yoga class on the sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Class takes place at Archibald Park in Madeira Beach, 15100 Gulf Blvd. Park on the north side of the Snack Shack and walk onto the beach using the northernmost walkway. Your instructor will be near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.
Pre-registration, pre-payment, and signed waiver through your Mind Body profile are required prior to arrival in class. No walk-up, unregistered students will be accepted at the beach. Instructors do not accept payment on the beach.
Please bring a beach towel for your practice and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
