This Singing Bowl Restorative Yoga class is so magical that it fills up quickly. Register early to secure your spot for this special Studio event. Class is 75 minutes in length.
Drift off into a deeply relaxed state with Candlelight Restorative Yoga by the beautiful, melodic tones of the crystal bowls. Singing Bowls are used to create sound therapy, which has been used for thousands of years to bring balance to mind, body, and spirit.
The tones of the bowls resonant frequencies will help calm and soothe you into a state of relaxation. The sound vibrations will take you on a peaceful journey within.
