This one of a kind class, Yin, Music, Aromatherapy & Massage is presented by special guest instructors Anne-Margaret and Anthony, making a national tour stop with our Studio.
In this multi-faceted class, they will help us melt the body into sweet surrender through reiki, massage therapy, yoga, essential oils, and live music. Each restorative and yin pose is enhanced with the aroma of essential oils, meditations, reiki and massage.
The more we understand our own unique tuning, the more we can consciously create the life we desire, regardless of circumstance.
Anne-Margaret and Anthony are on a national tour, bringing workshops like this one to Studios from coast to coast. They are elevating the awareness and benefits of yoga and other disciplines, while encouraging us all to raise our vibration!
