Free/donation accepted for Hot Yoga Tallahassee shooting victims
The recent shooting at Hot Yoga Tallahassee has left one yoga community feeling lost and broken and has touched our MBY community closely. Hot Yoga Tallahassee was the home studio to Elise Caruthers, who was an instructor with them prior to moving to St. Petersburg, where she now shares her talents with our yoga family.
In their honor, we will bring our yoga community together to heal and unite. To flow together with the intention of sending light and love to those needing it most and to celebrate the two beautiful souls lost that evening – Nancy and Maura.
Elise will lead a slow flow yoga class on the Patio from 4-5 PM to foster healing and raise money for the victims as we support our larger yoga community through this time.
Bring a yoga mat and water to stay hydrated. A few mats will be on hand if you need to borrow.
