Yoga & Mimosas takes place on the second Sunday of every month. Join us for this all levels, one hour gentle Beach Flow class followed by a complimentary Mimosa, Bloody Mary or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice.
After beach yoga we’ll walk over to the Snack Shack and enjoy our cocktails. The perfect way to start your Sunday.
Use the North parking lot at Archibald Park, walk on to the beach, and look for our YOGA sign.
Bring a beach towel or two and water to stay hydrated.
