This is an all levels Beach Yoga class followed by a complimentary Mimosa, Bloody Mary or non-alcoholic beverage. Yoga & Mimosas is a yogi favorite and we invite you to join us, especially if you haven’t tried it before.
Please note the new start time to class. It begins at 8:30am, as will all morning classes for the warmer summer months!
The beach is a lovely setting for this fun and available one hour class at the shore of the Gulf of Mexico. After our yoga class, we’ll walk over to the Snack Shack and enjoy our beverages. This is the perfect class to bring someone who is yoga timid or curious!
Use the North parking lot at Archibald Park, walk on to the beach, turn right and look for our YOGA sign.
Bring a beach towel or two and water to stay hydrated.
