Join us for this all levels Beach Flow class followed by a complimentary Mimosa, Bloody Mary or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. After yoga we’ll walk over to the Snack Shack and enjoy our cocktails.
The perfect way to start your Sunday. What to bring? A beach towel or two and water to stay hydrated.
Use the North parking lot at Archibald Park, walk on to the beach, turn right and look for our YOGA sign.
