New Year Morning Beach Yoga

Let’s begin the first day of the year feeling strong, amazing & ready to usher in an amazing 2024 together. This class will have an enjoyable intention theme to help celebrate ourselves.

New Year Morning Beach Yoga is a one hour, all-levels yoga class on the sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  If you have not tried a beach yoga class, it’s time, let this be your first experience.  Beach on the sand is even more fun and casual than its typical studio counterpart.   Be intentionally kind to yourself and join us.

As with all of our classes, pre-registration, pre-payment, and signed waiver through your Mind Body profile online are required prior to arrival in class.  If you do not have a Mind Body account profile with Madeira Beach Yoga, it is super easy and will take you about 90 seconds to do.  Follow the SaveMySpace link below and at login, choose “Create new” account profile.

If you wish to bring friends or family with you, all are welcome.  Just be sure each person has an account profile ahead of time.  No walk-up, unregistered students accepted.

Please bring a beach towel or blanket for your practice and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. It’s that time of year that light layers are helpful to stay warm and remove as you get moving in class.  Some of our students even bring socks to the beach to keep their toes toasty. You know your own body best, dress for comfort.

If your plans change, we ask that you cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to class, refunds will not be provided for no call, no shows.

Arrive 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to park, walk onto the beach and get ready for class.  Park on the north side of the Snack Shack and use the northernmost walkway to enter the beach. Walk onto the beach and your instructor will be near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.
