Note: this class was originally scheduled on the Beach. It has moved due to forecasted cold temps and will now be inside the cozy, warm studio overlooking Boca Ciega Bay.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year for yoga, friends, and cheer. You’re invited for an hour of Yuletide beach yoga followed by light snacks, a coffee bar and lots of joy.
No yoga experience is necessary, our classes are available for all-levels to participate. Christmas even morning is the perfect time for some yoga joy.
Pre-registration, pre-payment, and signed waiver through your Mind Body profile for each student are required prior to arrival in class. No walk-up, unregistered students will be accepted at the beach. If you are bringing guests, each student needs to create their own account profiles with signed waivers before class. Other helpful tips:
~Please bring a mat if you have one and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. A few mats will be on hand to borrow.
~Please allow yourself plenty of time to park and walk into the studio (inside the Madeira Beach Recreation Center) and get situated before class start time.
~Wear comfy, weather appropriate clothing
~We ask that you cancel your reservation at least two hours prior to class, refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
~Park along the fence lining the baseball diamonds on Rex Place. The Center is all the way down at the end of the street on Boca Ciega Bay.
