I love snacking and I absolutely love sweet treats. Combining the two and making them healthy is like a dream come true. Enter the figgy energy bites. We served these little fig and coconut delectable bites at the Women’s Yoga Sailing Retreat and they were a huge hit. Here is the recipe so you can make them and share them with your loved ones. I like to keep them in the fridge for a quick, pre-yoga breakfast or as a quick way to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Figs are rich in potassium, high in dietary fiber and naturally sweet like candy. Besides being absolutely delicious…unsweetened coconut is high in essential minerals like Manganese and Selenium, both important for healthy, strong, beautiful bodies. Stocking your fridge with snacks that love you back will help you nourish your body and mind with ease.
Namastay nourished and have a delicious day~
