Join us for 75 minutes of pure bliss in our waterfront yoga studio. During Crystal Bowls and Restorative Yoga we will gather for a yoga practice accompanied by sound bowls to gently ease the body into a deep state of rest and relaxation.
Your restorative practice will help passively balance your chakras, your body’s energy centers. When your chakras are aligned, the natural flow of energy in your body will be restored and you will feel more balanced and rejuvenated. The crystal bowls resonate sounds that help deepen your practice.
This is an all-levels class, no experience is necessary. New to yoga? We would love to meet you. Just follow the Registration link to Create a new profile and join us when you sign up.
$17 single class pass or included with multi-class passes.
Pre-registration online is required, space is limited to 18 students.
Please note: our shared studio props will be available to borrow. Please bring a small towel or pillow slip to place over the bolsters. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring one.
