You are invited to join us for 75 minutes of pure bliss. Crystal Bowls and Restorative Yoga will be held on our covered, waterfront yoga patio. The experience will unfold with a welcoming Restorative Yoga experience accompanied by sound bowls to gently ease the body into a deep state of rest and relaxation.
Your restorative practice will passively balance all 7 of your chakras, your body’s energy centers. When your chakras are aligned, the natural flow of energy in your body will help be restored and you will feel more balanced and rejuvenated.
Each chakra during this class will be accompanied by a corresponding note/sound to help you deepen your practice and feel at ease.
What to bring?
Our shared studio props will be available to borrow. Please bring a small towel to place over the bolsters. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring one.
What do I need to know?
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. Space is limited, so please register early. If you are new to Madeira Beach Yoga, follow the same Register link below, when you click Sign up, choose “Create New” account.
