The longest day of the year is nearly here and we will celebrate with a Summer Solstice Beach Yoga Party!
Join us for an all-level yoga class on the sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. We will welcome the Summer Solstice with movement in the sunshine followed by light snacks and beverages.
No yoga experience is necessary. Invite your friends, we love new students and can’t wait to meet them.
Remining contactless, Pre-registration, pre-payment, and a signed waiver through your Mind Body profile are required prior to arrival in class. Please bring a beach towel for your practice and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Please allow yourself plenty of time to pay to park and get situated on the sand.
**Please note, because of the limited capacity of our beach classes, we ask that you cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to class, refunds will not be provided for no shows.
Park on the north (right) side of the Snack Shack and walk onto the beach using the northernmost entryway. Your instructor will be near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.
