Great news, Crystal Bowls & Restorative Yoga is back for another wonderful balancing evening.
Join us for 75 minutes of pure bliss on our covered, waterfront yoga patio* as we gather for Restorative Yoga accompanied by sound bowls to gently ease the body into a deep state of rest and relaxation. Your restorative practice will passively balance all 7 of your chakras, your body’s energy centers.
When your chakras are aligned, the natural flow of energy in your body will be restored and you will feel more balanced and rejuvenated. Each chakra will be accompanied by a corresponding note/sound to help you deepen your practice and feel at ease.
Our shared studio props will be available to borrow. Please bring a small towel to place over the bolsters. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring one.
Space is limited for this special class, register early to save your space. Pre-registration online is required for all students.
