Trick or Treat or Halloween Yoga?
Bring your beautiful skeleton and join us for an all levels Beach Yoga class. It is an enjoyable 60 minute class on the beach, at Archibald Park on the shore of the Gulf of Mexico. Come stretch and breathe and get ready to greet all the ghosts and goblins out there.
Beach yoga really is in the “Treat” category, so be good to yourself and come to class.
After yoga we will enjoy complimentary Halloween treats together. Costumes are welcome.
No yoga or Halloween experience required.
