Trick or Treat or Halloween Yoga?
Bring your beautiful skeleton and join us for an all levels Restorative Yoga class. It is a relaxing 75 minute class, to help you unwind from all the ghosts and goblins out there. Restorative yoga really is in the “Treat” category, so be good to yourself and come to class.
After yoga we will enjoy complimentary Halloween treats together. Costumes are welcome.
No yoga or Halloween experience required.
