Start the holiday with a little stretch and refresh time. Join us for an all levels Labor Day Beach Yoga class at the shoreline in Madeira Beach. This one hour class starts at 8am, ahead of the holiday beachgoers and still some time for a few extra winks compared with our weekly Monday morning early class. This still leaves you plenty of time to prepare for gatherings afterward with family and friends.
This class as with all of our yoga classes is beginner focused with instructors offering modifications “up” for those who wish to go deeper in their own postures. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned student, this class is suitable and welcoming to attend.
It’s the holiday, bring a friend and help them share in some refreshing joyfulness alongside you. Why not? Simply help them pre-register online.
Beach yoga classes are held at Archibald Park 15100 Gulf Blvd in Madeira Beach. Use the north parking lot (as you face the Gulf, the parking lot on the right) and walk onto the beach using the northernmost walkway. Your instructor will be near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.

$19 single class pass or included with multi class passes. Pre-registration is required for all students.
