Join us for a Pop-Up Restorative Yoga class on our shaded, waterfront patio, overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Relax and rejuvenate in this 60 minute, all levels class. No experience necessary.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow that may be used to elevate your knees, a blanket, and a strap (scarf or soft belt) for your practice. Props and yoga mats will not be available.
Pre-registration, pre-payment, and signed waiver through your Mind Body profile are required prior to arrival in class.
No walk-up, unregistered students can be accepted on the patio.
If your plans change, please cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to class, refunds will not be provided for no shows.
