Yoga and lattes are besties. Join us for this fun and casual celebration of all things joyful. Pumpkin Spice Yoga and Lattes is an all- levels class, no experience necessary. As with all of our classes, instructors cue for beginner level ability with modifications “up” for those who wish to go deeper with some postures in their own practice.
Immediately after this one hour class, we will enjoy pumpkin spice lattes together, handcrafted by our favorite MBYoga barista.
Note that we are in a temporary yoga home. Post hurricanes, our classes are currently being held at the Madeira Beach City Centre (City Hall) 300 Municipal Drive. This building is behind Winn Dixie, across the parking lot from the Madeira Beach Fire Department. Walk up the outside stairs and at the top of the steps turn right. Patio classes are held there overlooking the inlet. Studio classes are in the first door to the right, also overlooking the inlet.
For this patio class please bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have them. A limited number of mats, blankets and blocks are on hand to borrow. Wear comfy clothes that is weather appropriate for you. Bring water to stay hydrated.
$19 per person. Pre-registration is required for class, especially to be sure we have enough coffee for everyone. Space is limited on the patio.
All are invited. We are a friendly studio where beginners and experienced yogis are all part of a welcoming and friendly community. First time in yoga? No problem, we’ve got you. Been a while since you have been on the mat? We’re here for you, you’ll feel at home. Experienced and looking to try new places?
